腸胃一直唔好，朝早會痾氣痾黏液，
放工先會痾正常便便 (但事後左腰都係有D谷谷地頂住)
但夜晚臨訓又會想痾第3次，以前係黏液 依家多數正常一小舊

睇醫生驗埋便便 都係話無事
有個醫生話可能有少少IBS 另一個又話無撚事

最後不了了之，到依家都5~6年了
可能唔夠訓有關 (一直1點幾訓，7點起身)


有無人有食開益生菌？有無幫助？我想買D來試下，求推介

飲食時間正唔正常 正常，早午晚三餐，8點食晚飯，少吃零食，無宵夜
平時食開咩 白飯
平時壓力大唔大 不大，但1點訓 7點起，感到攰
有冇咩病 無，但認為自己有少少強迫症，洗手沖涼多步驟，check野有時check極都唔放心搞好耐，例如輸入資料會怕多左個space狂check
有冇食緊咩藥 無
有冇食緊咩補健產品 無

As there is no specific biomarker or test to confirm or rule out a diagnosis of IBS, the Rome IV guidelines outline how the diagnosis of IBS requires a thoughtful approach, limited diagnostic tests, and careful follow-up.4 The presence of recurrent abdominal pain in association with abnormal bowel habits are the defining features of IBS (Table 1).

Recurrent abdominal pain, on average, at least one day per  week in the last three months, associated with ≥ 2 of  the following criteria:
 1. Related to defecation.
 2. Associated with a change in frequency of stool.
 3. Associated with a change in form (appearance) of stool.

- 不嬲無肚痛，但係︰
- 右胸下方肋骨處 (右Lin往下8cm再向右5cm，肋骨之間) 時不時有短促痛楚，比較subtle既痛，唔係針拮，較似胃痛個種"拿拿地"既，每次3~5秒，係漸起又漸落而去。
- 左腰近背，有時會有頂住頂住既感覺。通常放工痾屎時特別覺，而痾完都重有呢個感覺。沖完個涼就會慢慢唔覺。
