佢哋寄件畀我用 SF Express,但 Belkin 嘅 staff 居然將我電話號碼寫撚錯咗,結果件快件因為無人接收送咗去7-11,因為填錯左number我完全收唔到OTP,變相取唔到件。

以下係我收到嘅快遞 email 內容:

最離譜嘅係:我喺 Belkin 網頁帳戶度留低嘅聯絡方式係正確嘅,但佢哋自己輸入錯咗,結果成件事變成咗我要承擔後果。
當初我仲以為佢哋畀咗個虛擬號碼指向返我部電話,點知真係一個陌生人嘅電話。出於確認我仲打咗過去,結果嗰個人仲以為我係詐騙,直接鬧咗我一餐。
成件事搞到我又收唔到件,又要俾無辜嘅人誤會,完全係 Belkin 嘅錯。
大家用 Belkin 記得小心,唔好俾佢哋處理錯資料,否則真係好麻煩。
