前阿仙奴球員湯馬斯柏迪（Thomas Partey）被起訴五項強姦罪及一項性侵犯罪

【Now Sports】涉及性侵被判無罪的曼城前球員賓祖文文迪，向藍月追討的1100萬鎊薪酬案件，最終判文迪勝訴。賓祖文文迪（Benjamin Mendy）在2020年涉及強姦案期間，曼城於2021年8月向他作出禁賽令，並沒有支付出薪金，據報文迪在2021年的曼城月薪為50萬鎊。文迪指出，時任曼城營運總監貝拉達曾WhatsApp他，表示審判只要判其無罪，便會將欠薪發還給他，如今法庭判法迪勝訴。

文迪去年1月獲英國法院判7項罪名不成立，當庭釋放，到5月離開曼城，目前效力法乙羅連安特。

The Met has issued a charge and requisition to Thomas Partey, 32 (13/06/1993), of Hertfordshire, in connection with the following offences:

- Five counts of rape
- One count of sexual assault

The charges are broken down as follows:

- Two counts of rape relate to one woman
- Three counts of rape relate to a second woman
- One count of sexual assault relates to a third woman

The offences are reported to have taken place between 2021 – 2022.

The charges follow an investigation by detectives, which commenced in February 2022 after police first received a report of rape.
