Oisin Murphy is to have "incredibly strict" conditions placed on his licence, acting BHA chief executive Brant Dunshea revealed on Thursday.
Dunshea said the governing body was working through the process of agreeing conditions attached to Murphy's licence in the wake of his court appearance last week. Murphy was fined £70,000 and banned from driving for 20 months after pleading guilty to driving over the limit for alcohol.
