- Base armor reduced from 39 to 36

Vi nerf:
- P shield reduced from 14% max HP to 12%

Twisted Fate nerf:
- R cooldown increased from 160 - 100 seconds to 170 - 110

Ryze nerfs:
- W base damage reduced from 70 - 190 to 60 - 180
- W mana cost changed from 40 - 100 to 50 - 90

Fiddlesticks buff:
- W AP ratio per second increased from 40% to 45%

Gangplank buff:
- Q mana cost reduced from 55 - 35 to 50 - 30
- R cooldown reduced from 170 - 130 seconds to 160 - 120

Irelia buff:
- P attack speed stack increased from 7.5% - 25% to 10% - 25%

Kindred buff:
- R cooldown reduced to 180 - 120 seconds to 160 - 120

Nidalee buff:
- Human Q max damage increased from 200% to 225%

Rammus buffs:
- Health growth increased from 94 to 100
- W resists increased from 27 flat to 27 - 47
