雖然佢地大家都會掂唔同env，但你咁講又好似ProdOps會focus多啲喺production env，落手掂prod deployment, 甚至同production support有啲overlap, 跟prod issues𢭃住個prod env
OpsEng就掂多啲infra, ci/cd pipeline野: docker, terraform, github actions, jenkins

講明先，我依家唔係Pre Sales
不過以我所知好睇公司點擺位
Fg做HKT GT入CPE都係做Pre Sales
亦有公司推啲Sales做Pre Sales
喺佢地眼中Pre sales跟住平時既BOM砌solution就夠
有事都係捉啲Post Sales問
所以唔使好多Tech Experience
但有啲公司真係需要Pre Sales諗啲Customize既Solution
呢啲就要求個Pre Sales有落手經驗
我目標係做後者
btw做Cloud最好Pre Sales同Post Sales都識
落手既唔知啲Product點計錢好危險

小弟目前研究過似乎cyber security嗰方面會少啲on call？ 目前份工都有少量接觸到firewall 嘅support同埋project 想問下如果要行blue team條路CISA CISM係咪最好考咗先轉工好啲？如果行red team就考OSCP?同埋假設我一共有三年經驗而家23k轉cyber security嘅工叫幾多好 blue red team之間嘅未來前景大家覺得邊邊好啲?🙏

Conduct product presentation and console walkthrough at pre-sales stage.
Perform project implementation and maintenance at post-sales stage.
Provide technical support on latest cyber security solution such as ant-DDoS, WAAP, OT/IoT Security, Identity Protection and Threat Detection, SASE , BAS and ADC.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Associate in Information Technology or related discipline
