A chunk of ceiling collapsed, injuring an audience member during a screening of Final Destination: Bloodlines in La Plata, Argentina.

Flamma Villaverde was celebrating her birthday with her 11-year-old daughter and a friend when she heard a loud noise followed by a piece of the ceiling crashing onto her knee.

“It didn’t hit me in the head because I was just leaning a little over the armrest,” she said.

Villaverde also criticized the theater manager’s response when she asked for a refund, claiming he tried to downplay the incident. “How do you want to fix this?” he allegedly asked.

“How do I want to fix this? I’m going to file a complaint,” she responded. “Just imagine if it hit my daughter in the head! They’re being irresponsible!”
