唔好意思想請問下咁多位師兄， 如果最近係ha簽咗約話7月返工， 但突然之間唔想返， 係咪打返去通知hr send返封email reject offer 就可以， 因為依家仲係試用期但係仲未開始返工 又多過一個月 唔係好清楚應該點樣同佢講， 麻煩曬咁多位師兄。 未夠一個月通知佢係咪唔使賠錢， 會唔會畀佢blacklist應承咗又唔返。

合約點寫 Termination 條款

During the fixed term either you or the HA may terminate this contract without notice or payment of wages (ie basic monthly salary, Monthly Allowance and other regular allowances if appropriate) in lieu of notice during the first month of your probation period. For the rest of the probation period, either party may terminate this contract by giving to the other I calendar month's written notice or by paying 1 calendar month's wages in lieu of notice. After probation, 2 calendar months' written notice or payment of 2 calendar months' wages in lieu of notice is required to terminate this contract.

最近簽左約你當今日5月14號簽，不過第一日返工係7月，宜家想唔返啦，係咪照打返去hr同佢講聲同出send email 就可以？ 因為未開始做野，但簽左約，唔知宜家算唔算係試用期。Thanks。
