電話有carrier profile 可以規定只可以用3/4/5G。

香港係電訊商整咗policy, 將所有用#開頭嘅SMS Discard, 除非係晌白名單嘅gateway 用指定send by send out.

不過假基站的確係防不勝防。要靠電話製造商同網絡商合作，落policy 去禁止2G 連接（反正香港嘅台除咗中移動已經冇晒2G)

呢個係最好的方法, 如果確定電訊商無用2G的話
