是咁的, 上月尾係amazon買左個電髮夾
直接寄黎香港, 1號就到左
但今日睇"An investigation request has been made for this parcel"
即係海關要睇件野?

第一次係amazon買呢D, 唔係好清楚
之前都淨係買書

大家可唔可以幫手解答下

What happened here was it was a Error by carrier. I have escalated this issue to our concerned department so that it will automatically trigger to improve our services and minimize these type of errors in future.So, We will make sure the situation will not be repeated.
And also, You don't want to worry your order will be delivered as earliest at your doorstep as we have took adequate steps for that.
NOw the tracking has been changed to transferred to local services for final delivery
