Position: Director of I.T. Department HK$32,000 per month



Position Responsibilities:

1.To define the company's technology vision and development strategy, and ensure that the technology roadmap is aligned with the company's business objectives.

2.Design efficient, secure and extensible technology architecture to support global payment channel access and future business growth.

3.Establish a robust company information security management and online payment system to ensure user data security and privacy protection.

4.Recruit, train and lead an efficient IT team, promote knowledge sharing and technology exchange within the team, and enhance the overall technical level of the team.



Position Requirements:

1.At least 8 years of experience in the payment field, IT technology industry, of which at least 5 years of experience as a senior technical management positions, Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

2. Have practical experience in e-commerce platform development and maintenance, especially in payment system integration with successful cases.

3. Excellent team management and leadership skills, keen market insights.

4. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical management.

5. High sense of responsibility and good stress tolerance.
