But down payment is non-refund?
For instance, I paid $10000 for 2years.
After 2 years, I only have two options:
1. Buy the car and pay the remaining amount
2. Keep leasing it.
The dealer said they don’t offer 0 down payment for new comers. So I just wondering what’s the benefit when I can enjoy 0 down payment?

You DO NOT save any money by putting down payment. own payment ONLY lower your monthly/biweekly payment because you PAID upfront.
Lets say:
Total Amount to lease = $30000. (Tax + Interest + Fees included, OOTD)
if you pay by 100 terms, you pay $300 each time.
If you put $10000 down payment, you pay $200 each time.
Its only purpose is to give you better cash flow with the risk of losing the down payment. I personally leased a car with 0 down payment, I can't tell should you be offered with 0 down payment option since the financing institution consider a number of factors, income, credit history etc.

new comer真係好難做0down
無credit record俾佢check到
0down好處係你cash flow鬆動d 不過每月payment多
俾downpay就係upfront cost高 但每月俾少d
thats all

The huge risk of down payment is you will LOSE IT if you have the car totaled.
The insurance company will take care of the lost value of the car for the financing institution, but your lease will be ended immediately and down payment will not be refunded.
It is usually NOT WORTH IT to put down payment, unless cashflow is critical for you, and I doubt it.

Interest Rate高,係咪比多啲DP好啲?

Someone already mentioned above, DP is AFTER interest calculation.
So the answer is no.

I see. Thank you so much!
That’s all about your cash flow and the way to pay…
Pay more DP, pay less per month.
