2025年全國運動會將由廣東、香港和澳門承辦，是香港首次參與承辦的全運會。港府不敢怠慢，繼本月3日宣布成立全國運動會統籌辦公室（全運會統籌辦）後，今日再公佈經公開招聘後委任前體育專員楊德強為全運會統籌辦主任，將於10月16日履新。翻查報導，全運會統籌辦主任月薪達27.96萬元，將按非公務員合約條款受聘，為期2年半。

傑志宣佈，提升年僅16歲的劉宇浩、彭慶曦、余靖瑋及17歲的楊焯鈞4名U18球員到一隊，將會與一隊隊員進行恆常訓練，希望可透過高水平訓練的環境下加快成長，並爭取出場機會。
劉宇浩於2016年加入傑志足球學院，司職中鋒或翼鋒，上季為傑志U18攻入6球，他在一隊將會穿上79號球衣；司職中鋒的彭慶曦就於2020加入傑志，上季為傑志U16攻入17球，他在一隊的球衣號碼為78號。
楊焯鈞及余靖瑋同樣於今個球季加入傑志。身為進攻球員的楊焯鈞將穿上70號球衣，而87號球衣的余靖瑋則司職中堅或防守中場。
Kitchee U18 youngsters Lau Yu Ho, Pang Hing Hei, Yeung Cheuk Kwan, and Yu Ching Wai have been promoted to train with the First Team with a chance to impress and open up the opportunity for the youngsters to break into the senior squad.
Striker and winger Lau joined Kitchee Academy in 2016. The 16-year-old, who bagged 6 goals for U18 last season, will be wearing the no. 79 shirt. Meanwhile, Pang, who joined Kitchee Academy in 2020, will take the no.78 shirt for the rest of the season. The 16-year-old striker had a sensational year with U16 that saw him scored 17 goals under his belt last season.
Other youngsters who are looking to make an impact are the 17-year-old attacking player Yeung and 16-year-old center back and defensive midfielder Yu. The duo, who both joined Kitchee ahead of the season, will be given the no. 70 shirt and no. 87 shirt respectively.
