what is the Hong Kong National Anthem?
Hong Kong does not have an official national anthem. Since the handover from the United Kingdom to the People's Republic of China in 1997, the PRC national anthem, "March of the Volunteers", has been used in official capacity in Hong Kong.
However, many people in Hong Kong do not consider this to be their national anthem, as they do not identify with the PRC. In 2019, a new song called "Glory to Hong Kong" was created by protesters during the 2019–20 Hong Kong protests. The song has been adopted by many as an unofficial anthem for Hong Kong, but it is not officially recognized by the government.
