Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ administrative experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communications, organizational and problem-solving skills; the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They should also be a good team player and attentive to details. Those with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be appointed as Senior Executive Assistant.

The appointee will provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the senior administrators of the School in various areas including general office administration, human resources, finance administration, secretarial support and event organization; and perform other duties as assigned.
