Dear All,

The power supply to the campus data center was interrupted in yesterday evening (23 July). With help from FMO and CLP, the cause was identified to be related to a leakage near LG1 restaurant and some time is needed for full remediation.

As such, some contingency arrangement has been adopted to resume the core IT infrastructure. The campus network and telephone service have been resumed early this morning (24 July). Other IT備 services including the administrative functions are being restored gradually based on availability of alternative supply of power.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need any help.
