Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Has overall responsibility in assisting the Director to carry out the artist management duties.
To liaise with potential commercial clients for artist performance, commercial shooting for brand and product endorsement opportunities.
To handle regular logistic arrangement such as hair, makeup, styling, transportation for all artist management, promotional events and works.
To maintain good working relationship with colleagues, artists, clients, media and business partners.
To assist artistes to maintain well their social media accounts such as FB, IG, Weibo and Dou Yin and update artists biography.
Internal and external co-ordinations with artist management, service providers, agencies, venues and publicity teams to deliver concert projects on time, budget control and high quality.
Liaise and work closely with clients and external partners for artists job engagement as well as new business pitches.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder preferably in Marketing or Communication.
Minimum 5 years' relative experiences, such as social media/PR agency, event production house or artist liaison.
Good communication, presentation, attentive and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Excellent project management skills, enthusiastic multi-tasker and strong passion in entertainment industry.
