「你今日抽左未？」美國綠卡抽籤移民簽證 2023年香港開始正式玩完

每年的美國抽籤移民簽證（Diversity Visa Program）是其中一個移民美國的途徑，門檻較低，主要是靠運氣。今年9月初美國聯邦法官裁定恢復多元移民簽證抽籤計劃，最新一輪計劃已於10月7日起接受申請。不過，因應《港區國安法》實施，2023年起計劃美國不再把香港視為獨立地區計算，令港人失去參加資格。

For DV-2024, natives of the following countries and areas are not eligible to apply, because more than 50,000 natives of these countries immigrated to the United States in the previous five years:

Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China (including Hong Kong SAR), Colombia,
Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, India, Jamaica,
Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Republic of Korea (South Korea),
United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland) and its dependent
territories, Venezuela, and Vietnam.
Natives of Macau SAR and Taiwan are eligible.
