Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu said on Wednesday that around 300,000 reservists will be called up during partial mobilization. He added that this represents only 1% of Russia's "huge mobilization resources" of almost 25 million people.
Shoygu stated that Russia is fighting not only Ukrainian forces but the entire West and claimed that around 150 Western military command specialists manage all of Ukraine's operations from Kiev. He said that Russian forces "continue to progress in the Donetsk region" and that their "main task is being achieved."
