8. Once your booking is accepted, the total price of the Tickets purchased and the applicable Service Fee and Delivery Fee (collectively, the “Fees”) will be charged to your Mox Card. Your Mox Card must be valid and in good standing to allow the booking process to proceed. If the Fees cannot be successfully charged to your Mox Card, your booking will be cancelled automatically.
10. By participating in the Priority Booking Offer, you understand and accept that Mox is not the organiser or supplier of the Concert, the Tickets or any other products or services in connection with the Concert or the Priority Booking Offer. Mox shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the Concert, the Tickets or any other products or services in connection with the Concert, including but not limited to:
(a) their quality and supply;
(b) their descriptions provided by the Organiser or Cityline (or their respective employees, officers or agents); or
(c) any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorised representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Priority Booking Offer or in making available the offers or the products, services and/or the Concert in connection with the Priority Booking Offer, by the Organiser or Cityline (or their respective employees, officers or agents).
The Mox Disclaimer applies to the Priority Booking Offer. Please contact the Organiser for any enquiries or complaints about the Priority Booking Offer, the Concert, the Tickets or any products or services in connection with the Concert.
11. The Concert is operated by the Organiser. The sale of the Tickets is operated by Cityline. The Organiser and Cityline may impose other terms and conditions on, amongst other things, the dates for the Concert, purchase of Tickets, seating allocation, entry into the Concert and amendments, refunds and cancellation of Tickets. Please contact the Organiser and/or Cityline for further details.
13. Mox, the Organiser and Cityline reserve the right to change, modify, suspend or terminate the Priority Booking Offer or these terms at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Mox, the Organiser and Cityline shall be final and conclusive.
