As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, a number of top clubs are keen to pick up the €40m valued Koulibaly this summer, starting with Barcelona. Xavi’s side are interested but are currently facing some cash flow problems and so remain on the sidelines.

Chelsea, under the guidance of new owner Todd Boehly, reportedly have sent Koulibaly a €10m net per season offer, but they’d need to reach a deal with Napoli still. PSG are also keen and they’re ready to spend €80m this summer to improve their squad.
