（踢爆中方四大發明之一）以色列古陶器含爆炸性物質 助證十字軍曾用手榴彈

中世紀十字軍東征期間是否曾使用手榴彈，一直是考古學界想要解決的問題爭議。澳洲葛里菲斯大學最新研究發現，上世紀在阿拉伯人摧毀的十字軍要塞破壞層中，所出土的部分陶瓷容器含爆炸性物質。

澳媒周一報道，一份11世紀的4個圓錐形陶器碎片在1960年代於以色列出土，馬西森（Carney Matheson）教授團隊近期在碎片薄壁陶片含藥物、香料等良性物質，第4個陶片則含硝酸鉀、硝酸鹽、硫磺和燃料等爆炸性物質，屬能承受高壓的厚壁小容器。

團隊認為，第4個陶片來自十字軍東征時使用的一枚手榴彈，與阿拉伯和十字軍時期文本中提到，阿拉伯人用借鑑自拜占庭帝國時代的爆炸裝置，當手榴彈扔向十字軍要塞的說法一致。

團隊指，當中未發現由古代中國發明的黑火藥粉末，故相信手榴彈是中東和歐洲首次開發的爆炸性武器，惟有軍事考古學家反駁指陶器是厚截面炻器，真正的手榴彈黏土體更薄，並非圓錐形。
