三年program, rotation時間各有不同, 例如commercial bank就係一年; 完program升manager (RM, sales manager, proposition manager etc), base應該4xk
Cmb RM就做多年升senior RM, 呢度人工增幅應該低啲, 之後唔少case係再做3-4年升到team head/轉middle back office senior manager, 咁當然有喺唔同team之間跳嘅有機會慢啲
大路嘅exit就係轉其他bank, 如果做change management 同堆玩project嘅team 我諗都有機轉consulting
其他就乜都有, 好似有個好犀利轉deals advisory 再做PE, 而家喺美國做fidelity equity analyst
