Motorsport意大利版報導，升級後的法拉利引擎，壓力將達到400 bar，同時壓縮比將達到16：1。新引擎能承受更高的壓力以及擁有更好的散熱性能。同時新引擎將會正式使用湍流噴射點火系統。和殼牌的燃油升級一起，預計此次升級最大將帶來50匹馬力的提升。
