朝早見到東網報導油王賣盤在即,傳到似層層咁。身為本土page主中嘅專業fact check師(即係肯花兩分鐘去Google東網引用嘅英國報導嘅原文嘅人),可以肯定地話俾大家聽,東網呢單報導係斷章取義,which唔係第一次。
報導中引用The Telegraph嘅文章,而Matt Law於Telegraph撰文指,"Roman Abramovich to receive bids for Chelsea this week","Potential buyers believe Russian could be open to selling club for the first time"。
注意番原文嘅用字,"to receive bids"嘅意思係將會「收到」報價,唔代表油王有意「聽取」報價,收到完之後可以黎手射個三分波入垃圾桶。"Could be open to selling"嘅關鍵字係"could be",都只係出於斷估同猜測。考慮到近日俄羅斯同烏克蘭嘅事態發展,呢種斷估同猜測並非完全地空穴來風,但終究只係speculative嘅推敲。
當報導原文用字都純屬猜測戴曬頭盔時,東網嘅「引用」自然更往上地添油加醋。油王最終會唔會賣盤冇人知(我又不是盲公陳),但呢單「新聞」大家目前無需太過上心。
