Company Overview
Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a focus on Client/User Experience design, collaborating with other designers to deliver design concepts.
End-to-end ownership of Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives to support key business programs.
Lead initiatives involving segmentation, proposition development, and articulation of service models and processes in alignment with Business Architecture.
Proficient in using wireframes, prototypes, service design blueprints, and mocks to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Experience as an Experience Design Researcher, facilitating and delivering research on user groups such as Advisors, Clients/Prospects to gain insights for design execution.
Experience as an Experience Analytics Specialist, analyzing insights and analytics output to identify needs, opportunities, patterns, and trends. Conduct digital experience benchmarking projects/programs.
Utilize data and insights to inform business requirements and use cases for customer experience (CX) initiatives and support local change management and adoption when implementing platform solutions.
Leadership and Soft Skills:
Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders.
Collaborate with peer designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to embed a client-centric CX lens across priorities.
Lead cross-discipline working sessions, strategic design discussions, and design reviews with peers, partners, and leadership.
Requirements:
Expert-level hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
Knowledge of user research, user testing methodologies, and client validation techniques.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Familiarity with human-centered design methodologies, including design thinking.
Keen eye for design trends, UI design, layout frameworks, illustration, and visualization techniques.
Understanding of design systems, best practices, and guidelines across iOS, Android, web, and smart devices.
Comfortable working in agile/Scrum work environments.
Flexible and adept at tackling ambiguous design and business challenges.
Understanding of insurance and financial services is advantageous.
Proficiency in Asian languages (Cantonese/Traditional Chinese) is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Relevant educational background in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
