Just want to alert everyone that the patient with COVID presented with acute neurogenic shock with rapid progressive neurological decompensation with profound hypothermia, central DI and lack of brainstem response. MRI within 24 hrs of presentation showed extensive cerebral, brainstem and spinal oedema.
Not sure if this is a specific fulminant presentation for young COVID patients, need to watch out.
Seems the severity in children is more than we expected
