Concern of a takeaway courier with horrible attitude

To whom it might concern,

I just found this the below video in on LIHKG forum discussing an encounter of between a takeaway courier and several security guards.

As you can check from the video, the attitude of the courier man is relatively poor and such verbal harassment is terrifying both to the security guards and the community.

Being a loyal customer of McDonald McDonald's, I am always proud of the professional service of the company and all your partners. I’m deeply concerned if such act continues, it will bring damages to McDonald McDonald's and the community. Please handle this before it’s too late.
