Concern of a takeaway courier with horrible attitude

To whom it might concern,

I just found this video in LIHKG forum discussing an encounter of a takeaway courier and security guards.

As you can check from the video, the attitude of the courier man is relatively poor and such verbal harassment is terrifying both to the security guards and the community.

Being a loyal customer of Deliveroo, I am always proud of the professional service of the company and all your partners. I’m deeply concerned if such act continues will bring damages to Deliveroo and the community. Please handle this before it’s too late.
