聽過人講話hypoxic drive呢個講法唔啱
最新嘅講法係VQ mismatch
平時COPD 人有啲poorly ventilated alveoli係vasoconstricted無咩血到
但係俾high flow O2 會令啲血管vasodilated
多咗血去咗啲poorly ventilated alveoli，increasing physiological dead space
所以會變type II resp failure
