Its fundraising through the issue of new bonds by AMR GP Finance PLC paying 7.00% interest per annum and due 2026 (the “Bonds”) intends to facilitate the construction of a new factory and wind tunnel at the Aston Martin Cognizant F1 Team (“AMC F1” or the “team”) headquarters in Silverstone. The guarantor of the Bonds believes that improved facilities and infrastructure may contribute to positive on-track performance, increase prize fund allocation, income from sponsorship and the team’s overall marketability.
