I take that 1 month as the probationary period, which is supposed to be a time for you to see if you can work well with your employer, and vice versa.
If you dont feel like your role has turned out in the way you wanted (i.e. you found your skill set to be a mismatch against the role you have been doing), then you have every right to walk away and find another job.
You are actually doing the firm a favour by not wasting any resource on an employee who is not a right fit there. Since you find that your skill set lies elsewhere than that job, you are leaving on good terms.
