我22年grad 會apply owp
我女朋友23年grad 趕唔切owp尾班車
我睇到IRCC有講過可以用common-law partner幫我女朋友申請sowp 但個prerequisite係要同居一年或以上 所需證明文件可以係銀行e statement/property rental bill
想問如果我而家轉銀行地址去佢屋企 一年後再apply owp 同時再幫佢申請埋sowp 可唔可行？
因為其實都拍左好耐拖 想帶埋佢去 但又唔想咁快結婚

Main reason is you don’t the licence and even you have one, you can’t transfer it from HK to Canada.
That being said, people still able to find a job but it may down to assistant engineering or some project assistant or project coordinator in construction firm.
I can give you 3 example,
One of my fd have 1-2 yrs exp in data centre as engineer in HK, he’s a technician of Data centre in Canada, undoubtedly, it’s a down grade but the salary is higher and if you work hard and willing to continue study in future, you can be an engineer one day.
A female chartered-engineer in HK, she’s a project coordinator in Canada, she need 1yr to get the PR then 2 yr to complete a course or program in order to be engineer again.
A fresh-grad come to Canada without any experience, he’ working as AutoCAD specialist similar to ‘draftman’ in HK, he need to study in college for a certification in mechanical engineering, he told me it takes him at least 2-3 years.
Choice is your, I’m not gonna to lie or give you fake-hope. You can find a job here, many spot here, it’s just whatever it’s downgraded or you don’t like it.

我係其他post見到話owp係入境先開始計，請問如果我2022年apply owp, 但係因為私人原因我2024年先可以去到加拿大返工(會搵左工先去) 跟住做一年嘢做到2025年再apply PR 呢個timeline得唔得 thanks
想問開咗關之後，批咗owp既話可以有幾耐時間比你入境？
