我仆街啦，我睇唔到佢有講係lease 個隻字
我整係見到話比佢用，睇唔到個lease

同埋我呢題mould 有講埋contract processing arrangement 同import processing arrangement

因為佢最後係賣返啲final product 比
所以有change in legal title
所以就算係contract processing factory係冇50:50
所以係fully taxable income, 所以個expenses 都係全數可以扣
（I mean the moulds)

咁睇好似 a b c d都出到好深
Hkipa想唔pass任何人？

即係fully deductible
即係唔洗計tax depreciation
咁仲何來s39E?
S39E 係咪anti-avoidance for depreciation allowance
