With a view to preventing financial losses, it is also suggested that customers should be required to exchange their products or ask for refund within 7 days of purchase. Fast fashion is an industry where trends are ever-changing. A brand-new costume is deemed old-fashioned and obsolete within a month. If we allowed customers to exchange or return their products a long time after the transaction, we would end up stocking an excessive number of outdated fashion items which cannot be sold, leading to tremendous financial losses. During the investigation by the sales department, it is found that many online patrons often take advantage of other companies’ generous exchange/refund policy, returning items more than a month after their purchase and swapping for trendy ones. To prevent this kind of abuse, our company should only accept request of product exchange or refund within a week of the transaction. To ensure the smooth implementation of the policy, our online sales representatives should explain this requirement in details amid the negotiation with customers prior to purchases. With prompt exchange of products, it is believed that our company can retain our loyal customers without inflicting unnecessary financial losses.

It is the collective effort by each and every employee of our company which has established the goodwill of our company but it can be damaged overnight. It is sincerely hoped that the above-mentioned proposal can be adopted for the sake of our company’s sustainable development. Thank you for your consideration.

As an old saying goes, “New friends are silver but old friends are golden.” However novel and appealing new friends are, old friends are superior since the latter can stand the test of times and they can lend a helping hand to us in the worst moments of our life.

好人一世平安

There is no denying that meeting new friends can infuse us with a sense of freshness when compared with the old ones. Enticed by their youthful appearance, we cannot help staring at them. Not having got along with our new friends, we are eager to develop a deeper understanding of them in terms of personal background and characters. As a result, we may be obsessed with socializing with them in pub gathering, Christmas celebration and even staycation trips momentarily. Unmistakably, the satisfaction derived from transforming unfamiliar friends into ones with closer relationship with us is immeasurable. In contrast, old friends are predictable and boring. Prior to our familiar companion initiating a conversation, we can predict what they they are going to say. For some young people who ceaselessly pursue novelty, mingling with old friends may sometimes prove to be an uninspiring experience.
