XVA stands for x-value adjustment. It includes Credit value adjustment (CVA), Capital value adjustment (KVA), Funding value adjustment (FVA), etc.

For example, CVA takes into account the counterparty credit risk (the risk of someone defaulting) and adjust the price of the instruments accordingly. XVA desks sort of make money from other desks.
