左報發功想discredit成個Epoch Times media
之前已經有黨報認證嘅奶共鬼Grayzone咁做
今次到mainstream media
如果左報成功以後你quote任何野都會比佢打成係far-right / cult / anti-China
法輪功由原來支共下被迫害嘅組織被左報講成係極右fake news邪教
唔理你對Epoch Times點睇我自己覺得其實今次事件好嚴重

The author does not mention the exhaustive evidence for live organ harvesting against the Falun Gong in China but instead resorts to scare quotes just before mentioning this.

The author uses language to imply that Falun Gong is a "cult" when a US federal court judge ruled that it's a "religion". This slur word is used by the NYT without providing a definition of "cult" or evidence that Falun Gong fits that definition.

If your own were under the knife in China you too might resort to breaking Facebook rules, nonviolent street protests, doing dance performances, supporting Trump, or God forbid, giving away free newspapers.

By and large Falun Gong has waged their campaign to end their repression in China admirably and nonviolently, and has tried to ally with other oppressed groups like #Uyghurs and #Tibetans.

To their own people, especially those facing CCP repression in China, the Epoch Times and Falun Gong activists must be seen as heros of the underprivileged. That the NYT would write about this with almost no compassion for their plight is heartbreaking.

According to Federal Judge Weinstein for Eastern NY, "Falun Gong is a religion for the purposes of the instant case. See supra IV(A). Many of the incidents of violence and intimidation took place at or around the Falun Gong Temple in Flushing, Queens ..."

The @NYTimes is the model of cultural sensitivity for those ethnicities who vote Democrat. But for those who tend to vote Republican - watch out! There's a hit piece coming for you.

Forbes terminates contract with writer after deleting article critical of Asia Society tycoon

A Forbes contributor says his contract has been terminated after an article he wrote about Chinese influence at the Asia Society was deleted by the magazine.

The piece by American analyst Anders Corr questioned the role of local tycoon Ronnie Chan after the Hong Kong centre “barred” democracy activist Joshua Wong from speaking at an event. The article disappeared from the Forbes website within days of it being published on July 10. Chan, co-chair of the American NGO, has denied involvement in the controversy over Wong.
