Dear Colleagues,

We have been informed that a staff on 67th floor was reported as tested positive for Covid-19 on 19 October. The staff has not been at work since 16 October.

We take this case extremely seriously and to protect the health of all our staff members at the workplace, the Company will take appropriate steps to ensure safety and maximum protection:

1. Close contact staff has already been arranged for testing and quarantine by Centre for Health Protection (CHP)
2. The Company will arrange staff who are seated in the close proximity area the Government’s Deep Throat Saliva Test tomorrow
3. We will distribute the test kit provided by CHP to every staff at 67th floor tomorrow
4. If you develop any symptoms or feeling unwell, please seek immediate medical assistance
5. Thorough cleaning and disinfect the offices has been arranged tomorrow at 7.00am
6. All staff are required to have their body temperature measured, practice personal hygiene, wear a mask at all time while in the office premises
7. If you have any concerns or feedback, please contact HR
