meaning every time tdoc goes down LVGO follows
Tdoc: $200, LVGO=111.33
Tdoc: 150; LVGO=63.67
and it keeps going down. For simplicity sake I just made .592 to .5.
But if Tdoc goes up to say 400, LVGO is now worth $211.33.
Or let's put it more simply, on the closing day you will lose your 100 shares of LVGO and get 59.2 shares of Tdoc and $1133 in special dividend
