My friend Susanna is on her period so she can't have cold drinks, coffee, tomatoes and ice cream right now. Susanna's aunt flow is visiting. She has bad cramps right now so she's taken two days of period leave. Her sister feels bloated too which means her period is gonna come soon. She's had painful stomach cramps recently as well but her period is late this month; it's a week late. She's being so emotional today because it's that time of the month again. Her cousin Shirley missed her period so she might be pregnant. Her cousin's husband did his back workout this evening during which he overtrained his lats, middle back and lower back so he's been getting cramp in his back. Susanna's brother will be going to a party next weekend but I wknt be going with him to it lest I cramp his style. I don't wanna put any pressure on him that would cramp his style.
