I have already completed all the required courses. Am I a "graduate" of the University? Can I apply for the alumni library services?
Once the graduation status of CUHK students has been approved by the Senate of the University, the students are considered as graduates of the University and may apply for the alumni library services through MyCUHK. For undergraduates, normally, the graduation list of the year will be confirmed by the Senate in mid-March (for first term graduates) or mid-August (for second term graduates). For postgraduate students, the graduation list will be approved by the Senate in batches throughout the year. Students may check with the Registration and Examinations Section of the Registry the status if necessary (email: ugadmin@cuhk.edu.hk) OR check with the Graduate School Office (email: gradschool@cuhk.edu.hk).
