以我所知llb係唔不接受2nd degree application

Second degree係JD

大把人在外國讀完 1st degree
回流香港後係揀讀 llb, 而唔係 jd
首先, llb 只需要比 ugc 學費, jd 就好能貴
另外, 1st degree 既人掛住大學 4 件事, 普遍冇咁搏殺, 佢地讀 llb 可以屈人機, 增加入 PCLL 既機會

We used to offer a Fast-track LLB programme to enable graduate students to obtain their LLB in only 3 years by taking only law courses and leaving out all the non-law courses now inlcuded as part of the LLB. This will be discountinued as from 2009-10. Instead, graduate students may apply to our new JD programme which will be offered as from 2009-10.

其實jd 同llb 既curriculum 真係好唔同
jd 係用兩年時間硬塞哂llb 相對關prac ge course 入去，忽略左俾你諗野既時間，一個好好既例子係jd 唔使讀juris

雖然好多人都覺得juris 無用（我當年都咁覺得）
但當人大左就開始後悔當年無好好咁去思考law 同人既關係
呢一點我相信以jd 咁緊湊既課程係俾唔到既

另外就係llb 俾你讀多少少elec，唔係限死讀pcll prereq
對一個想prac 既人黎講，讀多一兩個area 其實對GP 有好大幫助

其實jd 同llb 既curriculum 真係好唔同
jd 係用兩年時間硬塞哂llb 相對關prac ge course 入去，忽略左俾你諗野既時間，一個好好既例子係jd 唔使讀juris

雖然好多人都覺得juris 無用（我當年都咁覺得）
但當人大左就開始後悔當年無好好咁去思考law 同人既關係
呢一點我相信以jd 咁緊湊既課程係俾唔到既

另外就係llb 俾你讀多少少elec，唔係限死讀pcll prereq
對一個想prac 既人黎講，讀多一兩個area 其實對GP 有好大幫助

JD好似都有讀juris架喎
反而我自己唔使讀

搵大狀 打刑事 一堂幾錢

刑事唔多搵到食其實

我個SG tutor話做大狀唔係top3 chambers又要搵到少少食只可以做Crim

做唔到大set就不如唔好做啦認真

我識人因為冇first hon做唔到大set所以唔做Bar
不過我見而家唔多人做Solicitors advocate，可能冇時間take trial adv

其實好地地無乜incentive 做SA
Soli 要顧既嘢太多仲要自己prep trial，不如正正經經instruct 個夾慣既counsel 好過

今年開工做local firm
巴打有冇咩建議比我依位新人
