Add jungle theme
X castle -> not fit the theme
x shops -> not enuf space on ship
Change lake into aquarium
Add swimming pool -> under the waterfall & next to aquarium, separate with glass wall, swimming next to sea animals, ziplines in swimming pool -> excitement

50% nature park -> 70% protected area
Wall of vegetation -> separate mall and protected area to reduce light and noise pollution
No road or railways -> no cars to reduce air and noise pollution

Example of jade island -> a successful development with 6,000 ppl, also no road or railways, children safe
