港大醫學院開始停課了

To: All HKUMed staff and students
In association with the first Wuhan Novel Coronavirus case confirmed in Hong Kong today, the Faculty has decided to suspend ALL teaching within ALL hospital compounds (including non-clinical areas) with effect from tomorrow, January 23, 2020, until further notice. The measure applies to bedside teaching at wards, out-patient clinics, clinical attachments, practicum, tutorials, lectures and so on, to be conducted at hospitals for all students in the Faculty.
Classes to be held on Sassoon Road Campus will continue as scheduled.
The Faculty will reassess the situation and update students with the teaching and learning arrangements after the Chinese New Year.

返返去沙士嗰時，當時幾個醫學生檢查完病人後中招

沙田威爾斯親王醫院8A病房醫護人員及病人相繼出現發燒及肺炎徵狀，威院一度將病房封鎖；其後證實多達50名醫護、17名醫學生、28名病人及42名訪客在8A病房感染沙士；而一名3月15日在8A留醫病人其後被證實為淘大源頭感染者。
