Serbian goalkeeper defends champion Hong Kong
Serbian goalkeeper Zeljko Kuzmic has stepped up the ranks of Tai Po, the Hong Kong champion, and signed a contract with the team until the end of the season.
If the experienced network keeper (35) and the club are satisfied with the cooperation, there is an option to extend it to another year.
Kuzmic will work with coach Ivan Kurtesic in Hong Kong, whose insistence he has come to Tai Po, with a debut match scheduled for January 21 against Malaysia's Kedah in the first round of the Asian Champions League qualification.
For the Arandjelovac-born goalkeeper, Hong Kong is just another in a series of "exotic" soccer destinations.
