Environmental lab應該都有得驗。不過一般lab就未必有，首先市場需求唔大，無得賺，又要買dioxin CRM , 雖然網上大把sop/stanard (EPA,EN, GB),但始終都要做輪R&D 先有信心出得報告。

the sampling plan must be well done to help trace origin of the dioxins detected. the govt did not deny presence or raised level of dioxins. they key bbn is to link raised dioxins level to police's use of excessive tear gas and other fire powers.
