1823可以轉介所有投訴去唔同政府部門就大家都知啦
今次就同大家講飲食業，做飲食一般牽涉法例大家一般知道嘅係消防同食環，我就同大家講偏啲。

其實通風都可以投訴，負責人係有責任處理好製作食品所產生嘅油煙等，起香港其實好多餐廳都冇做到，一般你路過金拱門聞到一大陣油煙味就好大可能佢已經犯緊法，為咗公眾環境安全著想，作為一個良好巿民，當然要舉報違法事件啦

但好多時大家會覺得投訴無門，咁1823就係一個好好用嘅app比你投訴到唔同政府部門。基本上一submit佢就會轉介同開file同有轉人跟進，而且用法簡單，先留個template比大家參考下，我要投訴嘅係poly入面嘅American Diner，中英都得，大家可以隨便加改，如有需要可以講埋環境衛生同消防等等

“The restaurant inside HK PolyU which is called “American Diner”, its without well control the exhaustion system when cooking the foods, just exhaust to the outdoor, where is well trapped by 4 buildings.
It is extreme harming the people’s health, damaging and polluting the environment.”
