How can foreigners join our discussion here?

As far as I know LIHKG requires users to use ISP email to register an account, how could a foreigner who living outside Hong Kong create an account and discuss?

...or they could only be a CD-ROM? (Read Only)

I registered this account with a US isp email few years ago. Not sure if it is still the case now though.

Are foreign ISP emails even commonly used? As you probably know, it's kind of hard to get an ISP email here anyway.

it worked for me few years ago. the .edu email address from a few universities in the states works.

probably ur school is not on their list yet, try contacting admin.
