禁制反人權官員及政客入境/移民申請，凍結其資產
prohibit hong kong government secretaries and pro Beijing politicians entrance, decline their immigration application, and freeze their assets

將濫暴警員及白衣人列入黑明單，反映於本人及其家屬移民或簽證等等的背景審查
blacklist those police officers who use excessive force and pro Beijing gangsters who beat up protesters, he and his family shall be in record for background check for visa, immigration, etc.
