I am writing to complain about the speech of hatred made by your employee on social media and at her workplace.
I am sure your company is aware of what has been happening in Hong Kong in recent months, including the abuse of power and violence of Hong Kong Police. One of your employees, Kendy Chan, who is believed to be the manager/supervisor of Dior Beauty in Sogo (Tsim Sha Tsui), has repetitively posted speeches of hatred, violence and threats on social media regarding these incidences. As shown in the attached screen shots, her comments include "The rioters deserve being beaten to death" and more. It is also believed that she has been sharing her view of how the Police should perform random attacks on innocent passengers and passerby at the store to her colleagues, even when there are customers in the store.
Having different political stance is a human right, but spreading and even encouraging the use of violence on the innocence is utterly unacceptable, particularly when this happens in the public area, in a beauty store, and in a workplace.
I urge your company to investigate into this incidence and take appropriate action. Having a staff member who bears hatred towards her potential customers does not help the image of your company. In a time when all innocent citizens of Hong Kong are worrying about their safety and praying for the peace of Hong Kong, walking into a shop with a staff member who supports violence is simply disgusting.
I look forward to your reply and follow up, thank you.
